Choosing Milligan property management was one of the best decisions that we had made when wondering what to do with our Edmonton condominium after a job transfer took us out of province.

Both Sandra & Dave were very personable and knowledgable in regards to the Edmonton real estate market both upon intial telephone contact and thier subsequent quick response to visit us in our home.

Discovering that they had an online website that managed all aspects of our strata paperwork, income and expenses only solidified our decision to use Milliigan.
We found this web site is very easy to access and logon to and navigating it was very straight forward. This has taken out any guess work in regards to our income and our expenses that we are responsible for. The best thing was that this was included in their already low managment fees.... wonderful!

The best part of this was at tax time when our accountant was asking us about the monthly breakdown, this was all available on the Milligan web site and it is all easily downloaded and saved on our computer as .pdf files. David had even emailed us out a year end copy when it was ready knowing that it made tax time much more simplified.

Our relatives referred us to Dave Milligan Realty in 2004 when we purchased our first investment property in the Edmonton area. Hearing nothing but good things about Dave, we were able to rely on his honest opinions while deciding on which property would yield the greatest return on investment.
