Our relatives referred us to Dave Milligan Realty in 2004 when we purchased our
first investment property in the Edmonton area. Hearing nothing but good things
about Dave, we were able to rely on his honest opinions while deciding on which
property would yield the greatest return on investment. With his help, the
purchasing process went very smoothly and since then owning and maintaining the
property has been virtually stress free. This can be attributed to the fact that
Milligan Realty treats each property as if it were their own. The accounting
department has always been accurate and just recently has been computerized and is
now available on line 24 hours a day. They are punctual in everything they do,
whether it’s responding emails or sending checks on the first of the month. The
greatest part of working with Dave has definitely been the attention he has given
our property and the ease with which he has made owning it from outside the
country. As foreigners to Canada, we feel very fortunate to have Milligan Realty
manage our property as well as helping us file out of country taxes, making sure we
are always up to date on everything regarding our property.
A couple years ago Dave Milligan also helped us sell our rental property in
Calgary. To our surprise the property was sold very quickly even in a slow market.
